Compliance Director for Subs

We appreciate your interest in a substitute teaching with our school system. Franklin County Schools desires to have the best-qualified substitutes to serve the students of our school district.  Substitute teachers are valuable to Franklin County Schools to ensure classroom learning continues in the absence of a teacher or paraprofessional.

Substitute teachers are needed for all grade levels and subject areas. Substitutes must have a minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.  You must fulfill all application requirements and be fingerprinted (Fingerprinting Information Below).

Substitutes work on an as-needed basis and are not guaranteed hours, are not eligible for benefits, and are not required to accept work assignments.  However, substitutes are reasonably assured to have the opportunity to work in our schools when in session.
