FY 2026-2030 Strategic Plan for Franklin County Schools

The Franklin County School System has held a long-standing commitment to strategic planning.  We are committed to seeking input from staff members, students, parents/guardians, community members, and business partners while keeping in mind our primary focus, ALL STUDENTS.   Every five years the Franklin County School System crafts a Strategic Plan with priorities and guiding principles to help us navigate the next 5 years.  The FCSS Strategic Plan is evaluated and updated annually based on data and progress.  Our current Strategic Plan expires at the end of the 2029-2030 School Year.
